He was then airlifted to a hospital for life-saving surgery.
Back home in Weldon, near Corby, Northamptonshire, Finley has vowed never to venture into shark-infested waters again. His father, Michael, expressed gratitude for the bravery of his son and the help of strangers in saving his life.
